Due to the high price-point of our jewellery, each piece is shipped via DPD at a time chosen by you (as this is the most reputable courier). 

You can pick up your pieces direct from our Mayfair store. If needed, then you can arrange an appointment with us to ensure that the fit is correct.

When you place an order we will send you a link to schedule what day and time you want DPD to deliver your jewellery.

You will need to be in to sign for your parcel. This is due to the high cost of your piece.

Unfortunately, unless a mistake has been made by our team you will be unable to return or exchange your jewellery. This is for hygeine purposes, and due to the bespoke nature of our custom made pieces.
